Dictamnus Fraxinella

I've had growing this plant on my mind since I was a teenager but never had any success all those years ago. I bought seeds last year but they never germinated so asking all you wise persons out there for any tips to help me get the plants to fulfil my ambitions.

It looks like scarifying the seed is the key to this one.

 

Thanks mazambo, I couldn't find that advice so will be sowing them in the next day or so.
