    What is the best month/s for moving plants to another position in the garden please ? :what:

    October/November .... basically any time when the plants are dormant
    Never when in flower
    Best time to split Hostas, for example, is when the eyes just appear in early spring

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Hostas were one of the plants which l wanted to move. Would Agapanthus be moved at the same time ? :dbgrtmb:

    For Agapanthus divide (or move) between spring and early summer, or in early autumn, after plants have finished flowering
