Need a bit of advice, been working 10 12 hours shifts straight so not much time to weed. Unfortunately the weeds have taken over my Carrots and Beetroot the advice i need is do i painstakingly weed by hand or would it be easier to wipe them out and start again.

Assuming you sowed them in straight rows, I would say get the hoe and hoe the weeds down.:dbgrtmb:

I would weed by hand. Depends on how big the weeds have got and how big an area.

The problem i'd have there is i'm very much likely to set the garden on fire and miss the weeds knowing my luck
