What's this?

    Can anyone tell me what this is? I saw in in Hatfield Heath Forest when I was out walking on Saturday. It was a straggerly bush, bear at the bottom then a bit bushy on top. The pink things are berries in case the pic is not clear enough.

    You were very brave to photograph a plant that was so well guarded. Looks like some form of Euonymus.

    Thanks Guys, never seem one before, are the berries edible? Is it a garden shrub or a wild one

    Hi me again, just looked it up in one of my gardening books, appears all parts can cause stomach upsets if ingested, glad I did'nt taste it. The one I saw looks like Euonymus Hamiltonianus Sieboldianus "Red Elf" acording to my book.
