I came across this app yesterday,thought id share it incase it maybe useful to anyone or if they would want to add to it.
I installed it on my s6 galaxy phone through Play store not sure where else it can be found x

Hi shiney,i think its probably aimed at phones because they have cameras built in,ive just been to the site and you can browse plants that have already been uploaded and once you register(which takes a minute at most) you can drag or drop photos too from your computer pics x
