Here a good one for you "M" Miss Jiff and her Ex
Mr Ex swore at a lorry driver in front of he's wife (for a very good resson) the lorry driver was so mad he was swearing at any one, he then came round to where Miss Jiff was and swore again, he spoke to Miss Jiff and said "that _ _ _ _ _ _ _ man swore in front of my wife", Miss Jiff said, " you have just _ _ _ _ _ _ _ swore at he's" :snork:
Miss Jiff is very good at giving the same back ;)

I've got exactly the same going on next door to me "M" so I sympathise. One of the two here must love the sound of his own voice as he never draws breath either!

@Sheal & @"M", builders, builders :gaah:, we have a housing development going up in the village, a garage being put up just down the road & someone having a kitchen fitted & extension so it's either bang bang, 'F' 'F' , lorries bringing building materials or builders speeding through the village  It's driving me slowing mad, I hope they are all having the weekend off! :fingers crossed:

                Hi Ariadae,

Probably their finest moment. And one of the best bits of telly by anyone ever.

Well, after an hour and a half, the heating engineer changed the pump but boiler still has many faulty parts. New boiler agreed for next week but we have a working but slightly dripping boiler for the weekend. At least we have heating and hot water for now. It was warmer in the garden than indoors yesterday.

It's a compromise @Rustler but it will get you through the weekend while you have the family round. I'm glad they came today for you :blue thumb:

No, no Anthony! Their best sketch had to be the 'Andrew Preview' all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order.

Gas men were in next door and working in the driveway. They had their radio blasting out at full power. Mrs Shiney leaned over the fence and gave them the 'evil eye'. They turned it down immediately. :heehee:

Did they give it back as she might need to use it again sometime and i think they're quite expensive nowadays :roflol:

My moan for the day..........Paint pots. Ive been painting this week and the paint pots dragged out from the deepest darkest scariest part of the garage just refuse to let me into them. Takes ages to pry them open with a screwdriver only for them to dump rusty bits and lumpy bits from the rim into the paint :mute: God I hate painting :snork:
