Hi @Anthony Rogers - I am suspecting that there is something more at play here. Over the past few days I have had networking problems (to the point that I hauled my entire network apart at the weekend and set it all back up from scratch), and have also had problems getting browsers to remember my default settings. I am not alone in this, as my lovely mum has had troubles too (I've been helping her out via TeamViewer), as has a colleague at work today (helped him restart his router and reset his security levels just a couple of hours ago). Neither are GC users, so I don't think the problems are GC related, but I will be blowed if I know exactly what is going on.

I seem to have mine stable now, but can't really tell you which of the many steps that I took was the one that resolved it. The only thing I can suggest is to clear your browser cache and cookies, reboot your PC, modem and router and take it from there. You might want to try a different browser too.

 

There are some alternate browsers available for phones (unless it is an iPhone) which you can get for free from the Play store.

It has been quite frustrating for me this past few days, as I like to class myself as reasonably savvy when it comes to stuff like this. The worst bit has been when I have dived in and helped others after they have battled for hours, and the bloomin' things start working pretty much as soon as I get involved.

I don't mind looking a wee bit clever, but I don't like others feeling a bit silly when in reality I don't really know which of my actions have solved the problem.

 

I get the same problem every now and then, Anthony, but I reckon its Ziggy pouring a little of his local brew into the Server.

 

We probably wouldn't hear from you for a week, Anthony, while you recovered in a Police Cell!!
