Thanks for Virgin !

Thought that may grab your attention , it's Virgin Mobile the post is about
About 2 years ago I had a smartphone pinched out of my car by some low life. I reported it to the police and to Virgin as I had free insurance . Anyway I had not correctly activated a tracer app on my phone , so they would not replace . Not a problem really , just used an old phone for 6 months then got a new upgrade. Anyway today 2 years hence , I received a letter from Virgin . They have fully reviewed there insurance policies , and my phone should have been replaced . In lieu of this please accept a cheque for £101 Now how good is that for a company to do that . I do use Virgin for many things mobile ,cable TV , broadband , landline and travel insurance. They are a superb company to deal with , not had one problem with them in 15 years

Were like you @HarryS we use Virgin, we also have never had a problem.
