What's your weather - 2016

Here in Dampshire.... it rained so straight today you could not see through it I wasn't sure if it was coming from the sky or from the ground... it was like a blanket for hours... the garden is water logged so no work today Everything is still happily coming along in the greenhouse and being nurtured... I won't be able to get in there soon if this weather carries on! My new tulips all just coming out of the ground have had a battering and they were all doing so well, hopefully it will be a little bit drier tomorrow and I can weigh up the damage

A reprise of yesterdays weather almost. It was -2C when I woke up, with a touch of frost. Its now +2C and rising. The sun is shining out of a bright blue sky.

 

Cold, wet and windy.... feels like October or November

 

Yukky wet, cold and miserable day. Ah well, on the good side it will help me discern if my attempt at grading the garden to ease waterlogging has been beneficial.

 

We've had very similar weather today Armandii.

I can only describe today as bland and lifeless. Not a twitch from leaves on trees and the almost white heavy clouds have hung low over the hills, looking more like snow clouds but it's to warm for that. 11C/52F.

 

Everything is damp an soggy outside and there's been quite a thick fog this morning. Now the sun is doing it's best to shine through the murkiness. Blue skies and sunshine are forecast for this afternoon.
