WTG Woo, I particularly like how you have re-used materials in this gardens development to achieve a stunning effect that will just get better and better, year on year.

Hi WOO. Thing is, it's still a bit early at the moment. Sure, it's a lot greener, but still a bit sparse. Probably in a month or so :thumb:

Hi Steve Thank you for your Kind words :thumb:,well all the Bricks were gathered from Garages which were demolished just up the road from me I think It was Roughly 150 Barrow loads,All the slabbing was recycled form a Company called Castacrete who make the slabs and every weekend Put all their broken slabs outside for anyone to have for free,That was about 40 or 50 Car loads because of the weight we couldn't get many In at a Time(the we being Mrs Woo and Myself).
The preformed Pond I saw In an over grown garden and knocked on the door to ask and they said take It away,so Mrs Woo and Myself Pushed and Pulled It to our Garden Garden. The two Arches were Made from some old Chestnut Fencing Poles that an housing association were going to burn. The Wrought Iron Gate I paid £10 from a Scrap dealers Yard,It came from a Local church. The Table and chairs were given to me for a Wooden conservatory I put up for a neighbour as I wouldn't take any Money off her.The small fencing either side of the Iron gate are some old Chair legs Donated by a second hand Timber yard for a Fiver,The Breeze blocks also came from a demolished Garage,Which I just Rendered over with some Mortar.80% of my plants were generously Given by friends and neighbours for work done in place of cash The only plants I have actually Purchased were My Beloved Roses :) apart from the Roses got for me as Birthday Presents from my 3 sons Everyone now knows what to get me now for my Birthday.I bet your sorry you asked now:hehe:

Looking great Woo. Lovely looking garden - puts mine to shame but I still love it! How good to have the before, during & after pics too, just to remind you what it was like and how much work it took although I expect it's still fresh in your memory at the moment!

    cheers
