Hi all, Im Jon, As you can guess, I'm a woodsman, I love the outdoors and love to grow my own food, have an interest in wild plants and wild edibles too. I'm very much an amateur, I know a little, mostly learnt trial-by-error, Im sort of dig over, chuck in the seeds and see what happens. I am strange in the fact that I'm not a hater of weeds, purely because so many are edible or have other uses. Hi Jon, Welcome to Gardeners Corner I'm sure you'll learn all you need to know here Just remember that a weed is just a wild plant out of place. Think of it this way everything we grow had it's origins in a wild plant somewhere in the World.
Welcome to the forum! We Canucks have lots of woods but unfortunately alongside the beautiful triliums are poison ivy, and a host of mosquitoes greeting you! Is it okay to send our dandelions to you? Just joking, we all love having new friends on here and learning about different methods of embracing Mother Nature!
