    Don't arrange to go on the last day - Sat 28th. That's Open Day :blue thumb:. They always set the Show the same time as Open Day :)
    They charge £61 for the day (more on members' days) and we only charge £1 - no brainer! :snork:

      Blimey, I'd have thought they might have better spent their time trying to protect their young children from the likes of Garry Glitter than pounce on Bridge players! I've never enjoyed playing Bridge for money despite it being known I have frequented the likes of Ladbrokes on the odd occasion for a wee flutter. Even at a low value per point going heavily down redoubled vulnerable can be a quite expensive! not that I ever experienced that......often:)

            I'll be off on a cruise round the Med in September. Before that we're taking the daughter and grandchildren to a Haven place in Littlesea, next month :)

              We did our tour around Northern India and through Bhutan in January. Excellent time but a bit cold up there in the Himalayas. :hate-shocked:

              For the rest of the year we'll be dodging around every so often, mainly England and Europe for a change - before we get barred from the EU!

                We went early May for our routine Key West trip.
                debating what /where I want to go near the end of the year. Not sure. Spoke with my husband to think about Thanksgiving at my cousins in Washington State. He hates the time change. I love Oregon, so would not mind visiting Portland for some good foodie restaurants . Had thought of Scotland/Ireland/UK for September also, debating that journey right now.

                    Already been to Biarritz, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Coustouges, Zaragoza and Barcelona this year, probably going to Positano in Aug or Florence....and booked Stratford upon Avon in October for a few days.

                      I'm off to Edinburgh for the weekend with Kev, I will drive up with him on Saturday & fly back Sunday, I hope the out-laws :heehee: will fetch me from the airport & drop me back home :dbgrtmb:.

                          It means no work to go to and being able to get up in the morning when you like and doing what you want during the day. :dbgrtmb:

                          Mine has now lasted 15 years and long may it continue. :)

                              Just got back from a week on the Costa Adeje , Tenerife , staying in a lovely hotel.
                              Mid July we are going to Abbey Farm , Llangollen . Staying in a Pod with Molly :doggieshmooze:
                              They look like little Hobbit holes :biggrin:
