    Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if there is something wrong with my tumbling tomoato or is it just a case of Sun burn?

Hmm! I was hoping that someone who knew what they were talking about would chip in. When I get this problem, I just cut out the leaf, it only seems to affect a leaf, not the whole plant:)

Its sunburn, it can affect individual leaves depending on their orientation to the sun and also if they have been splashed with water. With the recent bright sunshine its very easy to get scorched plants, make sure you get some shading up on really hot/bright days. The plant will recover if its just one or two leaves.

    Cheers John,
I thought it may be that and it is quit a relief. Last year I planted Toms and they grew great until the time came for them to fruit and disaster struck! I didnt get a single tom off them, something killed the lot!

I'll get the sun block out as soon as poss.

Snappers, I think everyone had a rubbish year last year with Toms. Just when they should have been fruiting, Waterworld arrived.:(

Too true Caj & snappers, last year was a double disaster for me, I lost my first batch of toms to that weedkiller contaminated compost fiasco then my second batch got blight - which I've never had before on tomatoes in over 30 years of growing :(
