    I t chucked it down through the night and now it looks like it's about to rain again. It's quite windy as well - it's more like an early autumn day!

          A fairly middle-ish day today.
          A couple of showers which were quite heavy but lasted only about 2 minutes each. Top temperature 23 deg.

            Cool with a couple of showers, not the heavy prolonged ones forecast, which was just as well on an eight mile walk.:smile:

              I haven't posted in this thread for a week or two, mainly because I would have been typing the same thing.............cloudy,grey, warm, with the occasional shower:dunno: But I can post something different today..........cloudy, grey, colder, with the occasional shower. So right now the temperature is 57f and the pressure reading is 1020mbs.:coffee::snorky:

                  @Sheal this is the third time that has has painted the ceiling as it looked patchy and Mr Kandy being a perfectionist likes to do a good job.:snorky: He has just washed down the walls with sugar soap and having a quick cuppa while it dries and then he has the cutting in to do before he can put the paint on the walls:biggrin:

                  I must add that I wasn't being lazy yesterday,as we went for a nice walk first thing,and then I did a pile of ironing,mowed the lawns,(Mr Kandy edged them)prepared the veggies for dinner which I then cooked,I washed up and then went outside and got a load of gardening done while Mr Kandy worked back upstairs:snorky:

                  Sunny out there this morning and the sun is shining but I am busy indoors getting the Sunday dinner cooked and Inbetween I am cleaning down the kitchen work surfaces whilst listening to radio 5 live :snorky:

                      Clouds, clouds, clouds, but dry until around 4pm and now it's gently raining. I don't think I have seen the Sun for more than seconds for the last two to three weeks and Star Gazing has been nil with me checking and rechecking my Observatory equipment just to remember what it looks like and is for.:dunno::heehee:
                      Right now the temperature is 59f and the pressure reading is 1022mbs.:coffee::snorky:
