What's your weather - 2016

This morning's skies were partially cloudy with some blue here and there and the temperature was 73f with a warm Southwesterly breeze. Then just after midday the skies to the South started to look even more grey, and by 4pm the rain started which made me reluctantly leave my seat by the pond to retreat to the House. So for the last 2 hours or so the skies are completely cloud ridden, the temperature has dropped to 63f and it's been thundering continuously quite gently. The Lightning is so frequent that the rolls of thunder from the previous flash are mixing with the current ones while the rain is steady but fairly gently. So with a pressure reading of 1015mbs and the Thunder rolling and the Lightning flickering I'm off to watch it from the Kitchen Door!!

 

Still having a drought down here in Shineyland. The rain on Saturday only helped a little but we now have some dead shrubs that need to be dug out. All the plants in pots, the greenhouse and the nursery areas are still OK because we had people coming in every day to water them whilst we were away

Yesterday reached 92F/33C At 7 a.m. this morning it was 70F/21C

 

Good morning water barrels are on empty I'm drained but bring it on

 

I expect to hear some people later on saying we didn't have much of a summer
