Hestia runner beans

    We've got some Hestia dwarf runner beans growing in the bedroom and they're currently about 16" tall. :wink: Anyone know how big these bad lads get?? I thought that they were small and compact, but these are gangly looking things and look as though they're going to collapse any minute now. :idea:

    According to Chiltern Seeds they grow about 18", Rod.

    I`m not sure they will bush out Rod, they are runners which grow 1 stem. Dawrf FRENCH beans would bush out.:gnthb:

    Ohhh I see. So what gives in photo's like these?

    Is that just lots of plants in one pot?? I got the impressions it was one plant. :oops:

    Just checked a few of the seedhouses and they are ALL showing that picture. Which must come from the breeder.Either there are several plants in the pot or you have to pinch them out, which seems daft to me.
