54f today with lots of sun. Prediction for tomorrow is sun and 63f. :spinning:

And I'm going to play outside and be a news ostrich - no current events to muddle my pleasure!

It does not get better than this :hapfeet:

It's been dry, breezy and with skies of patchy cloud and hints of blue. The temperature get to 46f briefly and then dropped to 43f. Right now the temperature is 41f and the pressure reading is 989mbs:coffee::snorky:

I rose to a heavy duty frost this morning and it was still there before dark this evening. A lovely sunny  day that was spoilt by the fact I spent it in town shopping. :doh:My car was reading 0C/32F this afternoon and it's currently -2C/28F in my mini greenhouse.

            Baltic.

There was ice on the main road across the top on the way to work. There is a dip to cross. At a steady 50ish I knew I could get up the other side using a combination of momentum and limited grip as long as the van driver in front of me didn't lose his nerve. He did. He slowed right down to about 30 while we were still only half way up. That meant I too had to slow down. That meant I lost most of my momentum. That meant a lot of slipping and sliding as I convinced my trusty car to climb to the top.

A frost on the ground first thing, then the sun came out and we enjoyed a gloriously sunny, reasonably mild, Autumnal walk in the woods this morning.

After another freezing night and a sprinkling of snow a glorious day has followed, plenty of sunshine and no wind to speak of. 2C/36F

It is lashing it down here at the moment and I can see my rose bushes waving around outside under the street lamp so I assume we now have the breeze they forecast but don't think it is that strong yet and I don't fancy going out in the cold to find out:snorky:

I have turned the heating up as it has been off all night and sitting here typing this my fingers feel like blocks of ice so think I might go and get my gloves on as I don't like cold hands:sad:

We took the easy way and not go for our morning walk, rainning heavly, blowing a gale and the roads are a mess

Gentle breeze :heehee: ... but those gusts are coming in at around 60mph+ Ozzy will just have to cross his legs this morning because there is no way I'm taking him out in this weather :nonofinger: Too much rain and too many trees around here. Interesting though, he isn't making a fuss about going out (think he knows it isn't the safest day for romping out there).

There was some light rain during the night but no signs of Storm Angus:scratch: The top temperature today up to now was 38f, very little breeze, and cloud covered skies. True to the contradictory nature of UK weather the skies have cleared and yet the temperature now is 40f when the temperature should have dropped even further:doh::heehee: a

Yesterday it was sunny shirtsleeve weather, the temperature was a mild 16 degrees F. Then, this morning we awoke to a half of foot of heavy wet snow. The kind that will give you a heart attack trying to move with a snow shovel.

No wind here at all, a calm day with plenty of sunshine again and a little snow on top of heavy frost. The temperature didn't make it above -1C/30F.
