Well, you have to take your Hat on to the man as he's cleverly kept looking to the future, [for himself}, after the EU Referendum knowing that there was no real future for him there in UKIP. So he's said he will stay on at the EU until the UK leaves and that ensures a nice little income for him while seeing the potential abroad and chumming up with a Rich Guy that's dislikes the EU but professes to like the UK.
So by becoming a sycophant of the President Elect he's ensuring he gets financial contacts, perhaps support for himself. He's a sharp operator and he knew quite well that there was no chance of him becoming an "Ambassador" of any description between the UK and the USA, at least not while Theresa May has a say............but I think he's having fun twisting the beard of the UK Politicians!! And I still wouldn't buy a second hand car from the man

 

Well, GC admin have clubbed together to send him a Special Jacket, Clueless, for him to be comfortable in while sitting in the Oval Office, Trump is a symptom of the global turmoil going on in politics with Nationalism, extreme Right Wing, Isolationist parties coming to the fore

 

To a point I agree, pete. But we're doing the obvious by just pointing the finger at the Politicians. What about us, the ordinary joe, in every country, we just shrug our shoulders, look the other way, moan "well, there's nothing I can do about it" and assume the hurt, hopeless, hapless, attitude of a Kid. We're all to blame, and so now having sown the wind, we are going to reap the Whirlwind......as a certain person said last century.
