Goodbye lawn. Hello pond!

This is the first time I've looked right through your thread Kindredspirit, your garden is absolutely amazing! You've achieved so much and your head must be full of wonderful ideas.

 

Thank you, Sheal. Pity some of the pictures are X ed out. There's plenty of room in an empty head to put in ideas.

That time of year again. Getting my 1 ton bags of leaf mould from a local demesne. 11 more to come. What am I going to do with it all? I have less and less room each year in the garden to spread it. The plants are taking over now!



Also got two 1 ton bags of organic manure from the same place. (They have an organic beef farm there as well.) It's not the least bit whiffy.

 

Some Limestone rocks put into the front garden. Two of them arranged into a Dolmen. (No body underneath, though. )

 

Some more circular troughs installed with Limestone Boulders, Bog Oak, Sandstone flagstones & red coloured Shale.

Still to be planted.
