          How? My niece reckons she did it once, but she lives at the other end of town where there's a bit more wildlife and therefore presumably a greater availability of roadkill. There was a poor frog got run over not far from my house the other week but 1 it was too small and 2 I still don't know exactly how they get from roadkill to donner meat.

          Perhaps it's just like making rissoles? Mince everything up and then squash it together?

            I love rissoles with a bit of red sauce. My mother made some the other week

                          You can do that but to make it more authentic (without the roadkill) is to use boned leg of lamb, sliced thickly, marinate it in minced onion, garlic, olive oil, herbs and spices. Then put on a long skewer and on a rotisserie - if you have one. Otherwise get the kids to stand by the grill and keep turning the skewer. :snork:
