    Hi

I want to try to grow different veg so that I can use the young shoots in cooking hoping that it gives a stronger or sweater flavour. At the moment I am growing mustard but would welcome suggestions of any other veg I could use such as sweetcorn, Swiss chard etc.Has anyone else tried it with any luck. Many thanks in advance.

You can eat pea shoots Brooli, they taste like fresh peas.
Plant the peas shoulder to shoulder, in the ground or in a pot, and cut the shoots when they are a few inches high. They will shoot 2 or 3 times before they give in.
