Site Problems Since Upgrade

Greetings network techs of GC...

Soon after the URL change I have had massive problems with this site. Slow loading pages (if they load at all). Log in, click on forum.. get logged out and sent back to the main page. Repeat ten times and then perhaps it loads, but then click on a forum link and back to the main page and logged out again. I am lucky if I get to even make a post at all.

I have done extensive testing on various computers running various OS's via various browsers but the symptoms remain the same. Only GC behaves as I have described. No other web site I visit does this and thus I am wondering if it is either.. a geolocation based bandwidth QOS problem, or perhaps you have changed server providers and their international routing and peering abilities are less than optimal.

If it's the latter, you would have no way of knowing other than to hear from international visitors such as myself.

I have twenty years experience as an IT company owner and so if you have any ideas as to what may be causing these problems.. please feel free to speak in high tech language at me.

Logging in and then getting to make a post is a hit and miss affair.... here's hoping that this post gets through though.

I had similar problems to you @FloraPie and it was eventually solved by me updating GC's address in my 'Favourites' list.
