    Hey Rosa :)

Our Morrisons didn't have any clematis in but my friend said I could have some of hers when I go over.

Also I love honeysuckle, how do you think that would do on the balcony?

Oh and like Peri I love your nik naks! I have wind chimes and candle holders and a green man myself, not quite as many but I don't seem to have the aforementioned tardis properties of your balcony!

    Matt.

mafamoo thats nice of your friend, honeysuckle is great when it grows and climbs but gets very woody so i dont think i would get it on a small balcony, B&Q have a good selection of clematis little dearer but they are bigger climbers than morrisons more established, maybe look in garden centres for them and a good idea to ask someone at a garden centre what you could grow on your small balcony other than clematis.
pleased you like my tardis haha

    I really couldn't resist!

I hardly go to B&Q so I probably won't get one from there. Thanks for the tip on Honeysuckle, think I'll leave it alone, and you're right I should ask around my garden centre, someone there might be having an off day and decide to be helpful :P

Hi Rosa, I was wondering how long it has taken you to get your balcony to how it is now and what do your neighbours think? Bet they are envious!! :)

Oh my! Those Fuchias sure are beautiful! How did I miss them in your other pics?

I'm looking at hanging a window box from the railings (I've seen one in B&M's I like) and I think a couple of dwarf fuchias would be perfect either side (I'm a stickler for symmetry).

Thanks for the idea, I'll get right on it! I got a small clematis off my friend which I've potted up against a trellis I never remember being there, but am glad it is!

I've yet to go to the garden centre, there's not one near here so the one we visit is a bit of a trek, it will probably wait until we're passing :)

    Thanks again for the help,

    Matt.

jazmine its taken me around 5 years to get balcony to the way it is as all my climbers take around 2 to 3 years to establish, my neighbours think it looks lovely, my neighbour downstairs she always pops along and looks up to have a look she loves it.

matt a window box will be perfect on your balcony, pleased you got your clematis what colour flowers will they be and thanks for the lovely comments of my fuschias.
