Another General Election?

I agree, Jiffy, but in this real world we know that what Politicians say, and what they actually do, are two different things. It's like taking a Lollipop out of a paper bag with your eyes closed............you have to suck it and see!!

 

Hi dai, I'm not sure that she is insisting on a Hard BREXIT, in fact I don't ever recall her mentioning a Hard BREXIT It's been the Media and her opponents, UK and EU, that have turned her words and stance into being a "Hard BREXIT". What she has said is that "no deal is better than a bad deal" and she has said that in order to tell the EU that she, nor the UK, is going to be pushed into a deal that is not good for the UK, and warning them that, if necessary, she will walk away from a intentionally bad deal. I think she's looking for the best deal for both sides of the "divorce" and trying to pressurise the EU into being even handed.

 

I heard him say that he wants to give the wealth and control back to the people. I can't think of a time when any Government, Labour or Conservative, did that for the people, even they may have professed at the time of wanting to do so. He's sounds like a desperate man in a desperate situation.

 

What??? He's going to put on a yellow wig and colour his face orange!!!!

 

What about the proposal put forward that the Libs, Labour and Greens should co-operate in marginal constituencies and only put forward one candidate that all three parties will support?

Yes, because all of those parties working together will agree a fantastic plan and deliver it without argument...

So the second piccy lol but I do like the idea of politicians having to dress as alter egos for campaigns
