    Hi everyone!
My wife and i moved into our new flat last September and after finishing the decorating inside i decided its time to tackle the garden although I'm secretly excited and looking forward to it.

I'm primarily looking to get it tidy so that we can relax with freinds and most importantly am looking to grow my own vegetables ( basic stapes veg for cooking) but it is in a bad state and has been unloved for a longtime.. well not anymore!!

I spent a good few hours out there yesterday clearing weeds, brambles(of which there were loads) and trimmed hedges and plants that were out of control.

I would really like to upload some photos of it as it is at the moment and if someone would be kind enough to give me a little advice on how to go about doing the things i want to, i.e tool advice etc.
Not sure if thats possible from looking at photos but i can do with all the help i can get i think!

I'm so excited about entering the world of gardening.. A little naive maybe but none-the-less excited..

Looking forward to meeting you and chatting..

    Thanks

    Dols

Cheers Muddy, nice to meet you. As soon as I'm home from work tonight I'm going to post up a few pictures of my garden, especially some close shots of the condition of the soil etc.. Not sure where to start but am looking forward to taking the garden on.

    Thanks!
