I'd have to do some investigation but the one that Zigs has found is easily within cycle distance - probably no more than four miles (not sure).

 

I recall @mowgley cycled to shiney's a couple of years ago, maybe he can help?

 

@JWK I don't think he cycled but I think he came by train. I think he's over 100 miles away - but he may be a fast cyclist

 

My Cousin, Margo, who came to Shineyland on the Saturday has asked me to pass on her thanks for the welcome, the laughs and the great day she had, with special thanks to the Gals who made her part of the Gang and laugh so much.

 

Probably saw the bigger one and thought that was good enough for you lovely ladies.

 

Unfortunately, Margo doesn't have Wi-fi where she lives, "M", which is why she uses e-mail from where she works because they do have it there. She really did enjoy herself and I have a feeling she'll be back for more laughs and good company next year!!

 

The Ladies who were in the Kitchen serving Tea, Coffee, Pims, Cake, Scones, etc, worked all day and I bow in admiration to them

Shiney always takes the GC members on a tour of the garden, getting us up to date on changes and what plants are doing well plus his well organised veg plot.
