    Hi there

I'm sorry if this is a really dumb question, but I'm only a (very inexperienced) window box gardener.

OK, so I have some daffodils in my window box. They're starting to be past their best now. Last year (which was the first year that I planted them) on your advice, I waited until they'd died down, took them out of the soil, dried them out and kept them, until it was time to plant them again. They came up a treat again this year. My question is, can I do the same again this year?

And, does this only work with daffodil bulbs?

    Thank you :)

:gnthb: Hi gioia, yes you can store them again ready for next year & you can do that with any bulb, tulips hyacinth whatever or corms as well.. I usually feed mine after they have flowered just to give them a boost before they start to die back or I lift them. Then in the Autum pot them up again with a good quality compost.. They should romp away again..:thmb:
