I have never had much luck with trailing begonias before, but this year I had some moderate success.

They have now started to wilt in the cold so how is best to keep them overwinter.

Were they grown from plugs or from a tuber/corm? Not sure if you can over winter them. My large begonia, grown from a tuber wilted and collapsed after one night f frost, so I dug it up, cut away the foliage and have stroed the tuber for next year.

I dig ours up when the foliage has died down then dry the tubers in the GH after giving them a wash with Jeyes or dilute bleach and then store in the shed in a box filled with shredded paper. Not always 100% success rate as I usually lose at least on corm to rot.

They are tubers , so I will get them out dry them off and wrap them in newspaper.

I will have to put them somewhere cool in the house as neither greenhouse or shed appear rodent proof.

    Needs to be frost-proof too
