That's what I said! One limb or no limbs (binary) two limbs (non-binary)

Happy to try and explain more or answer things if anyone has any questions. Two of my friends are asexual. An acquaintance has transitioned from male to female, a friend is considering the same, and another friend is gernderfluid - meaning some days they wake up feeling female and other days they wake up feeling male, so dress as they feel.

Non-Binary in terms of gender just means not being either male or female - but being somewhere on the spectrum between the two.

Thanks @toppington - as I said at the start, it really doesn't matter to me what sex/sexuality/size/shape/colour/creed/anything I have missed someone is, I am just starting to find it a bit difficult to remember some of the acronyms :old:

I do wonder if it is going a bit too far with all of these different identifications though - at the end of the day, should it not be that we are simply just human/people?

I wake up most mornings feeling fat, and some mornings add grumpy to that - what would that make me?

Someone who's had a helluva night out with the seven dwarfs?

Sorry, I meant the seven vertically challenged persons.

In my world there are only two kinds of people: the nice ones and the not so nice ones.
People are free to be who they are ... just so long as its consenting and no one gets hurt.

Most definitely! That is the founding basis of everything! My genderfluid friend thinks that it's a good idea that various things have names, though - not to put people into boxes or to add to confusion, but to raise awareness. If more people know about a certain thing, the likelihood is that when they are faced with this thing (be it a concept, a food, or a new addition to LGBTQI+ and so on!) they will meet it with tolerance and understanding, as they may already know it exists.

For some people as well it is a very important thing - to understand what they think, or how they are, has a 'name' as such - and that other people are similarly inclined as well!
