I think I need a chutney recipe!!!!!!

    Ok so i may have overdone it.............

    The coupling of a new big greenhouse and supermarket tomatoes tasting rubbish....

    I currently have around 50 tomato seedling which will soon be chucking out lots of lovely tomatoes.

    Anyone near who needs a plant FYB (fill yer boots).

    What about sun drying them? They are delicious, and slowroasting them with garlic for pasta is gorgeous.

    Claire is right. If you chop them in half spread them on baking trays sprinkle with sugar and other things like garlic and chilli then do them in a very low oven for about six hours. Pop them in sterilised jars and cover in olive oil. They keep for ages and are lovely in salads or for cooking. These are more semi dried than dried though

    hang on lollipop, elaborate a little bit more, slow roast a tomatoe with
    a garlic inside or what, sound's really nice but ????????????
