The blood tests are back, good news, I'm as healthy as a butchers dog LOL :yho:
The doctor said I probably have post viral fatigue.
Due to having the Virus for so long I'm run down and my immune system needs time to recover.
As for my face swelling he said it could all be connected.
Probably to do with a sinus flare up as it only happens sporadically.
Nothing much can be done because it's a viral infection.
He wants me to eat well rest when I get tired and wait it out for a while .
If I get no better in a couple of weeks I have to go back.
Apparently there are many people with the same or similar thing.
Lets hope we have a good Spring and Summer and the better weather gets rid of this horrible virus so many people seem to have.
At least I now no there is nothing really bad wrong with me or it would have shown up in the many tests.
Today I feel the best I have felt for ages, no swelling no sore throat or cough just a bit tired.
But I have felt like this before, I think it's gone then back it comes.
    Fingers Crossed.

    Lynn,
    glad to hear your news.
My Mother has been struggling witht he flu virus this year and she is normally very healthy. This time it has dragged her down.
I managed to get various colds and coughs this year, more so then normal....and I think you will find most people are exhausted form the long winter.

If it is any help, I tend to start drinking vegetable juices i.e....carrot and celery and beetroot and apple.
quite a tasty drink and it seems to boost my system.
I also make sure I have natural yogurt daily (I make mine at home) that seems to give my immune system half a chance to recover as well.

worth a try if it helps you.
    best regards,

Sorry to here your Mother as had the virus.
It really is a stinker, I'm normaly healthy and fit and it's knocked me sidewards

How would I start to make my own yogurt?
I have always wanted to do it but never got round to sorting it out, now is the ideal opportunity.
