Sunflower

I've got a couple of varieties to grow this year ... think they'll take a little longer than that though

 

I'll be growing the usual dwarf Russian giants

 

Dwarf Russian Giants!

Last year I bought another packet of Russian Giants so they will become this years stunners. Hoping for really tall sunny smiles from them later in the year. Can't remember the name of the others, but much smaller so I plan to put those in the bed in front of where the RG's will grow. If all goes to plan, it should look ok

I also LUV Sunflowers, my fave last year was this
dwarf variety called YO YO
Dontcha just LUV the sweet little heart in the center of the flower

also for the first time
I grew a Tall multi-headed variety called Cappuccino.
Have some seeds of both varieties left over so they'll be sown again very soon
