      Hello Upsy.....keep warm :)
I think you will get plenty of your much-wanted snow later.
Down here, in the usually mildest parts, we have been hit pretty hard with the snow

Bizarre weather patterns, late Feb & March snow and -6 in the daytime.. January was very mild with lots of rain.. some highs of 14/15c a few weeks back, whilst mid December had heavy snow here

Currently blowing hard with horizontal snow, drifting in places. Just been sent home until Monday due to the Red Weather warning. Good news it has warmed up to -1°C.

This "hard frost" was rather flakey.

Hi @Verdun ,thanks...you keep toasty warm too!:)

Yes it's falling steadily now, the poor horses in the field opposite look so forlorn

Must be a bit of a shock to your systems down your way.
Lovely looking though, until it gets all mushy!!

Been coming down steadily here all morning, much to the confusion of the chickens.

Not a hint of snow for the last 36 hours, although what snow is lying on the ground is still there:dunno::snorky:

Snowing quite heavily now.......back from trudging in it across the towans. Dogs excited by it. Strangely didnt feel too cold. Beautiful to see....just hope it doesnt freeze too much tonight.

Suddenly a little concerned about my plants.....so many are tender but normally hardy down here. Will be interesting to see in a couple of days how they and cuttings in the gh, conservatory and under small polytunnels are.

I am sooooo excited........just had an email from HMRC saying I have some money coming my way. Isnt that nice? All I have to do is confirm my credit card details. :snorky:

Yes @Verdun I'm a tad concerned too about my cuttings and over wintering seedlings/ young plants in my greenhouse and cold frames!:frown:

They are all well wrapped up in fleece within a bubble wrap inner housing, daren't check on them as I want to conserve as much warmth as I can.
As you say , its very beautiful......at the moment!

Hope all you plants are OK :blue thumb::)
