Snow Watch

No Snow here now just heavy rain..........now where did i put that bottle opener

 

Some early snow today just in case the remaining 8 inches should dare think about melting away. My road down to the main road is only passable by tractor. Cant see coal or oil delivery making it.

Almost 10 degrees earlier today. Some showers to spoil my thinking it is spring

Have you got enough to see you through? Down South it is so easy to forget how unforgiving the weather can be as far North as you are. Hope you get your deliveries before you run out completely

Neighbours offered a few buckets of coal to tide us over if needed. Great neighbour works both ways helping each other out.

 

How wonderful!! Now that is what I call the true "Brit Spirit"

In that same vein, and as we are "the friendly forum", should you get desperate, I am more than happy to post some coal (have ancestors who were miners) ...

Just seen a bbc weather forecast. Looks like we're in for another beast from the east!

 

We might get some Friday/ Saturday but the local forcaster said it shouldn't be anywhere near as bad as last time
