Hi .. I'm new

Hi,

I just joined. We're redoing our front garden for about the fourth time since we moved into the house (six years ago), so I thought that for once I should actually seek some help before we make a complete mess of it again.

'We' is myself and my husband, Ian. Our cat joined us out the front to help today too; the first time she's actually been out the front of the house (she usually sits outside the back door).

We are owned by Sienna, the cat, along with 14 rats, 3 guinea pigs and 2 rabbits. I myself have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which means I'm home pretty much all the time as I'm too ill to work. Ian works from home too .. he's in computers!!

And ... we're amateur gardeners!

Hi Nim and a big welcome to GC!

You should get along well with our Whiley ... who is our No 1 Rat Lady and shows hers (look up her posts). She also has a cat. However, she is not with us too often as she suffers with ME ... but I'm sure you gals would have SO MUCH to talk about and discuss ... hopefully you'll meet up soon.

In the meantime, enjoy the forum.

 

Oo that's interesting. ME is the same as CFS; a lot of sufferers seem to keep rats.

How do I look things up on here? I tried to look up 'rockeries' and it did a Google search :|

Go to the Home Page by clicking on the GC Logo ....

From there you can scroll down to the various forums .... to look for Whiley she's probably in Members Hobbies ... but to save you looking, here's one of the links ....

We also have a fantastic pet section where you can show and brag about your various pets ....

To do a general search, go into the Search facility on the green bar across the top of each page where you can do general or advanced.
