    Hi,
Last year my daughter grew a kids seed mix in pots on the patio. In it was a tall flower that had 'paper' petals. I cant remember what it was called :cnfs:
She wants to grow them again this year. can anyone help with its name so I can get her a packet of seeds please?

What's the plant that grows silvery papery leaves/flowers, with the seeds clearly pressed inside (maybe these develop as I've never seen them growing, only in dried flower arrangement)> I'm flailing here for a name, help me!

Do you mean "Honesty" Aaron? They have papery seed pods but the flowers are purple or white and not at all paper like - I'm struggling as well :)

Besides Helichrysum, I thought perhaps Limonium (Statice or Sea Lavender) ....

or Ranunculus asiaticus (Persian Buttercup) ....

.... but I would think the first over the second.

It`s quite a broad description-I think it`s nice how it fires up different things to different people,

for instance I immediately think of this oriental poppy.

I could see this becoming a game: describe a flower in one sentence. The public guesses! :)
