My new toy!

bought and used my new "gadget" today.....leaf blower and vacuum. Bloomin' noisy but fun and effective. Bit of a cheapo and prob should have gone for a cordless but it's only for the next 6 weeks or so.
What new toy for you guys? Or what garden gadget can you not do without?

 

I've too many garden gadgets, they seem to be gathering all over the place.
My companion has just treated me to a new VI Spring bed and pillows and I've added some nice cotton stuff from Tielles love luxury and some linen from Givans.
She tells me I deserve it, I'm not sure though

 

I got a leaf blower and vacuum last summer and it is still my favourite gadget in the garden. It is great for lifting autumn leaves and chopping them into bits to make leaf mound, but we have lots of hedges and it is so much easier to lift the trimmings now. I also love how it picks up fallen leaves between pots. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do! Mine was also a cheap one (from Tesco) and the only thing I wish is that it was cordless!

Couldn't agree more. I got a Troy-Bilt Jet Sweep a few years ago and I still get as jitty as when I first got it everytime I start it. It's just so satisfying to do so much in one simple operation!

These have saved me big time. I shift a huge amount of leaves ( neighbours damned trees) every year and these grabbers make it so much easier. Even better for me than my leafblower.

 

If you used your leaf blower you could let your neighbour have his leaves back

 

I got a second hand Flymo leaf vacuum/blower a few years back , very handy tool Now not really a garden tool but my snow shovel is a god send. We rarely get snow in my neck of the woods , but when we do , it can be cleared in a trice . But now I am retired , I can say sod it and stop in bed until it thaws

 

I gave mine away.
