When I am not in the garden, I confess, I am a sock-a-holic. My highest record is about 50 pairs per year. Some earlier socks:

I admire the patience it must take to do all that cutting out.

I may have shown these before.

My wife has been into decoupage for many years.

She has so much "kit" I had to build this unit in the box bedroom

for her a few years ago to store the stuff she isn't presently using. She's filled it since.



Christmas is her busiest time. Getting on for a hundreds cards to make for friends and family



Every one different.

She keeps this little table next to her chair to work on. Though most of her cutting out is done on her lap. One end of our lounge is a bit of a tip with all the stuff from September to December.



I belong to a private message board with only a dozen or so members, mostly Europe but a couple in the States and Australia, (we were all on the BBC Points of View message board at one time). We can post holiday and family photos which stay private, as visitors can't access it.
We swop Christmas cards with some. One lady in Holland gets the cards out we send her every Christmas.
She sent me this photo of them all she'd put on this table, just to show us. We must have been sending her one every year for at least ten years now. But we've never met.

 

Oh how beautiful they all are - and so unique!
