    Over the past few days I have been logged out whilst writing private conversation posts. It's not helpful as I don't know until I hit the 'post' button. This evening I've completely lost the contents of one post as none of it had saved to draft either. Can admin help please?

    @Sheal,

    I will take a look under the bonnet at some point, hopefully this weekend, as there does seem to be the odd gremlin at the moment. Images are also being problematic for some, I've had problems myself as has @kazzawazza

    Bear with me, and I will see if I can find something

    I've been logged out a few times over the last week or so, and my normally saved/ remembered loggin password has been 'lost' from the password field and required re-entering

    The first part concurs with the problems that Sheal has had, and might be a gremlin at GC Towers - the latter part is held locally on your machine, so something (Windows update at a guess) has cleared out the password that would normally be stored.

    It's alright now @Fat Controller I can upload photos no problem. Weird things were happening with my photos a few days ago but all OK now :blue thumb:

      I have a different issue with logging out at the moment. Hitting the 'post reply' button after completing a post a box is telling me I'm logged out but I'm not. If I re-enter my user name and password in that box it automatically puts the post up without hitting the 'post reply' button again.

      What browser are you using @Sheal and I will try and replicate it?

      Oh FC! I have a mental block when I'm asked for my browser, I can never remember which one it is. :doh:Edge or Bing, please take your pick. :biggrin:

      Edge - there is your problem as far as I am concerned; flaky as hell in my experience. Can you try Firefox, Chrome, Opera or maybe even a couple of plastic cups and a bit of string? :biggrin:

      I will cycle through the browser options I have and check, but I have a feeling that this issue is local to your PC

      The plastic cups and string might work FC. :snorky: Chrome and Firefox aren't compatible with my laptop and I've not tried Opera. I'll stick with Edge, it doesn't usually give me any problems and I've not had this issue on another forum. Meanwhile it seems to have cleared itself, so perhaps there were just a few gremlins in the works. Thanks for taking a look for me. :thumbsup:

        No problem - I couldn't replicate it here on any browser including Edge and IE, so goodness knows what it was.

        I think I've found the problem @Fat Controller. Our internet has been in and out this evening, probably due to the weather here. What I hadn't realised was halfway through a large post and start of a new thread I was logged out. :wallbanging: Completed now if you want to take a look in Members Gallery. :)
