Black spot

    Hi everyone having a problem with my roses have black spot I've sprayed them but it still coming back just moved so don't know what they had in garden previously any help greatly appreciated thanks

            Thanks wise owl your a good friend any idea what is eating the leaf s on my roses love by the sea and never had this before have looked to see if there's any bugs but haven't found any could it be earwigs. The leaf s have been left last lacy thanks again
