12 days in Menorca was rather peaceful!! not the best weather but some glorious days and some raining!!

 

10 days till we go on our cruise:yho::yho: Not expecting hot sunshine in Norway though, but the scenery and food on tap will make up for that!

 

Two weeks and I will be staying in Corfu at this hotel.........
So looking forward to it.

My bags are packed and hopefully Mrs roders won't notice me ...:hehe:

Looks a fantastic hotel Roders:gnthb:, I hope I will recover before our holiday in 7 weeks as I have chipped a bone in my foot and can't walk very far (or work).

 

Oh Strongy -sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there are new EU rules that say if you chip a bone you can't go anywhere:( so you need to pass the holiday to someone in your gardening club with a user name beginning with 'Cl'.:thumb: Oh that must mean me then!!!!!!!!!:hehe::hehe:

I think it's Madeira you are going to...............If it is you will NOT be disappointed.

Strongy ... so sorry you have chipped a bone in your foot. You still MAY hobble into me in Madeira as t'other half is having me research buying a property there to compensate for selling the one on the IoW.

Hi guys - not been around much - again!!! Hope you are all well - looks as if you are going to some rather nice places!!! As redundancy is looming ever nearer, our purse strings are tightly fastened!!
We have just had our Whitsun holiday this year - a week surfing in Cornwall with the (not so) little darlings. Booked self catering at the last minute - we had a fantastic time - beautiful weather and amazing beach (apart form the nasty weaver fish which viciously attacked me!!)!! All done (including petrol there & back & food) for 4 of us for under £600.
