    Looks slightly euphorbia like to me.

      Well @Pushkin the close up of leaves are Euphorbia I am certain of that, but which one.??? Yes it will flower... I have a couple of euphorbia but not quite like yours..
      It could be macculata but the leaves don’t look quite right for that one.... There 100s of different Euphorbias (spurge) though...:scratch:
