That's what I take now too now @Victoria and my last DEXA scan showed a significant improvement. It's amazing how you can improve the outcome.....just need to persevere until you find the way that suits you best.

Good luck @Kandy, you'll get there .:dbgrtmb:

@strongylodon Not sure if you have ever visited Anglesey before but when we went in June a lot of the fields were full of wild flowers so to us the island was like one giant nature reserve.June is the best time as South Stack cliffs will be full of the sea birds feeding their young or sitting on eggs.We saw Choughs at South Stack and counted 16 on a walk we did in September near Hen Borth but they can be found anywhere on the island.By the time you go the new RSPB visitor centre at South Stack should be open and you will get 2 hours free parking if you are a member of the RSPB then charges after that.

The shingle beach at Cemlyn Bay is a must for Tern watching but you have to be careful where you park as you can get cut off by the tide but that parking place is the best place as you don’t have too far to walk to see the birds.

Cors Ddyga RSPB nature reserve had Savis Warblers breeding this year but we never saw or heard any Bitterns the two times we were there.Lots of different birds there and plenty of dog walkers but everyone we spoke to were very friendly.

Plas Newydd is being refurbished over the next 2or3 years but we found the 2nd time we went there on September 13th a complete waste of time as so much of the furniture was either under cover or boxed up and some of the room closed off and the Rex Whistler painting was a let down the second time as it was in a dark room with seats in front of it and some stupid music playing. The guides asked everyone to leave comments on how they could improve the experience and boy did we tell them  We felt sorry for families who had paid to get into the house as we thought they would have been ripped off.Red Squirrels can be seen in the grounds near the log cabin.

Penrhos country park is another good place to see Red Squirrels as there is a feeding station and a couple keeps the nut feeders and seed topped up:yes:

Paris Mountain is a must especially when the weather is warm and the rock colours are amazing. This time we followed a path and went right into the bottom of the old quarry:dancy: There is also an old engine house away from the derelict windmill that looks like Ravens have nested in the top of it going by the pile of sticks just inside:biggrin:

I doubt if we shall be going back there next year as the caravan site we stayed on at Brynteg is being refurbished and isn’t due to open until July 2020.Now that Sea Eagles and I think Ospreys have been released on the IOW we might pop over there next year which will be cheaper on car fuel than having to go all the way to Mull:biggrin:

I seem to have misplaced my card reader so can’t put any of my holiday photos up but have taken a couple off of my phone with my tablet.

Thanks for the info @Kandy I have only been there once for a day about 20 years ago, We hope to see Puffins there as well as other birds as there are only a couple of pairs here in Dorset, Chough are on the list too.

Translocated Sea Eagles have been released on the IoW but the Osprey project (now in it's third year) is in Poole Harbour.
