What is this in my soil?

    I’m a new gardener and having trouble with my plants (separate thread). As I’ve been looking at the soil I’ve noticed these little ball things everywhere! In my pots, front and back garden. They were not there before. Does anyone know what they are?

    Possibly slow release fertilizer.
    Is it in pots you have bought recently.

      It wont be in compost that you bought but could possibly be in the pots of any plants you bought.
