Aquarium Corner

My Father used to breed tropical fish many years ago, in the days when people took on all sorts of extra work/jobs like that to help pay their mortgage (together with gardening work, additional evening/weekend part time jobs, selling excess vegetables, working every overtime opportunity, etc., etc.).

He did manage to breed Angel Fish, but I think they were one of the more difficult ones.

 

I had four Angel face in The States ... Christopher Columbus, Captain Nemo, Marco Polo and Vasco de Gama.

 

Ha, ha ...I even had four Angel FISH ... ... I now have egg on my FACE ...

Can I advise that your tank is perhaps a little small to house more than a pair of angels. It looks like a 2 ft or 3ft tank from the pic. The reason being eventually, they will pair off (if you have a group) and will become very territorial and fight off anything that comes near their corner if they decide to breed.
Even a pair can and probably will grow very big and like be aggressive to anything else, especially with the other ciclids you have just now.

What a strange looking fish Woo.

 

I had a plec they do grow quite considerably I had to take it back to the fish shop eventually . Didn't seem fairy housing it in my tank , all I know it may of been sold off to someone with even a smaller tank
