      Glad you found it informative even though its quite alarming. The sandwich boxes are a nightmare. Hugh certainly pulls no punches.

          It's a shock to see what's really going on with plastic.. Often the 'widely recycled' mark is a very misleading one on packaging.
          Tea has become an issue now in the JR household.
          We have now learnt that de caf tea whilst good for cutting out caffeine, also cuts out the beneficial anti oxidants that help prevent cancer.
          We're still researching but at this point it appears that loose leaf caffeine tea is the best option.
          But as we all know there is always some other research that pops up totally contradicting others studies.

            I used to use teabags but for years have been using one of these with loose tea and mine's big enough to get at least two Mugs of Tea out of it, and the tea leaves go either on the Compost Heaps or into the borders.
