ID this plant please

Bought this in the clearance at a local nursery, it had no label on it and staff didnt know what it was as the actual plant person was off work.

Any idea what it is and is it hardy.

Well it looks like a rosemary. But if it was, the smell would give it away....

 

I scratched the screen, couldn't smell anything?

 

If its not rosemary then is it a type of helianthemum?

 

I was thinking portulaca...or something
