I actually love snow. The soft sounds it makes as you walk through it. The beauty of it as it covers all browned garden branches and trees The sparkle it makes when the sun shines through it on the branches of the trees. It is so beautiful, each little flake so individual.

    I love living here. :luv:

And it makes everything looks so clean and perfect, almost like you planned the effect all along.

Kandy, the price of petrol had dropped, that`ll be the reasoning!

:D It is beautiful to look at, but trying to carry on fairly normally in the work place is so difficult & it is such a slushy mess on the roads which is so dangerous...!!! That is the side I don't like...
I agree there is nothing better than pure white sparkling snow that makes that lovely crunchy noise as you walk through it, sadly we don't get that much here very often just a sprinkling as Strongy says...
The exception for me if if you have lots & lots... We were cut off in 1983 for a week with no power & I loved it... Queuing at the farm for free milk as it was going to be wasted, no tankers could get through.. Nothing..!! Baking bread & cooking on my old range that went in when the cottage was built over 200yrs ago now..!!!!! It was fantastic I loved every minute of it.. A real village spirit emerged too, but then we all new each other as only 20 houses had been built here since the war....!!!!:yho:
A little different now....!!!! Many new homes here now..!!!:( Ah well progress they call it...!!!!

:wink: Got my hat too John.....[IMG].... :lollol:

It`d keep the vampires at bay I can tell you! With her at his side Richard the Lionheart could have walked straight through the gates of the Holy Land and out through the other side.
