YAWN, YAWN, WAKEY, WAKEY - 2022

Good day
It is now halfway from pitch to just dull and overcast. And there is a lovely white blanket of snow on everything. And yes, we're back in the freezer.

I'm looking forward to a relaxing day of puttering and dusting this morning whilst my beloved Corrie airs. I don't have any baking to do today because I did it yesterday. Maybe I'll play with some fabric this afternoon. I had purchased some new leggings so now have inspiration for making some new tops to go with.

Good morning all.
We have a pretty decent day ahead again before the temps drop for a few days and nights, not looking forward to that!!
Washing machine has just finished so I'm off out to hang it all out and to open up the greenhouse before it will have to snuggle down for a few nippy days, I will get some more fleece ready.

Good morning Upsydaisy! It’s bank holiday today so I’ve an extra sleep in and mr Darcy is right next to me ……. Would you like to come for coffee …..

 

On my way...just dolling myself up!!
I realised it was a bank holiday but didn't know if pharmacies were open for jabbing and test kit handouts.

 

No we only did flu jabs and the test kits, they are out of stock at the moment, we had a box of 60 on Thursday morning but they where gone by 11am, people get greedy saying they have got five in the family, they don’t care about other families, we even had silly people saying “im meant to be isolating but need test kits”! We have to say you shouldn’t be in here! Just ring us up . Yep nice day off looking after Darcy! Ho! is that Someone knocking on the door!

 

You can keep Darcy as long as I can keep Colin Firth. Lol.
