    Hi there,

I have looked all over at the gardening tools for the disabled and not found what i need.

I have MS and love gardening but all the disabled friendly tools are still too heavy for me. I would like it if someone could design something similar to a lopper but light weight. Something so i can cut my plants down when winter comes. I dont have any majorly heavy or thick plants but i do still want to do the gardening myself. I have already got a gripper stick so i can pick up the plants but nothing to cut them down with. I have employed someone in the past to do it for me but now it is getting expensive.

    Any ideas anyone?:)

Have you tried Freds Shed? It has several pairs of loppers on this page and one that the person giving the review says is lightweight.

Though if you've been searching I expect you have already seen it.

I have a pair of felco loppers that you can have free if you want, the handles are aluminium and they cut well, I never really liked them so theyve sat unnused for the last 5 years.

Ill post up a pic tomorow, if they look like they might be usefull then Pm me your adress and ill post them off to you.
